2 Corinthian 5:17 — Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
I recently ran into people I haven’t seen in some time. Unfortunately, they knew the old me. And though they knew about all the Lord Jesus has done in my life, they wanted to try and remember the man I used to be. But he is nowhere to be found; in fact, he is dead and gone. The regrets of days gone past still linger. But every morning when I rise I put on the new man which was created according to God in true righteousness and holiness. ( Ephesians 4:24) I thank God most every day for rescuing me from the dominion of darkness and bringing me into His wonderful light. Although those regrets from the past can get a little burdensome from time to time, my future is bright and full of hope. What about you? You, too, can be freed from your past sins and be given great hope for your future. Call on the name of Jesus, friend. Thanks for letting me share this with you. — Pastor Mark
